This Wednesday 9th May Rumer will be performing at The White House as part of a concert hosted by the President & The First Lady.

The event is in honor of Burt Bacharach and Hal David, who are to be awarded the 2012 Library of Congress Gershwin Prize for Popular Song.

Sheryl Crow, Lyle Lovett, Mike Myers and Stevie Wonder are just some of the names performing at the concert, the whole event will be streamed live at whitehouse.gov/live starting at 7pm EST/ 12am GMT.

Rumer will be playing on the Saturday at this year's Stockholm Jazz Festival held between the 3rd & 5th August.

Other artists playing at the festival include Anthony and the Johnsons, Patti Smith & Björk.

Listen to Rumer's new song P.F. Sloan taken from her forthcoming album Boys Don't Cry out in the UK on the 28th May.

Rumer will be performing at this years World Hunger Day Concert on the 28th May at the Royal Albert Hall.

The concert will be led by legendary singer and UN FAO Ambassador Dionne Warwick with backing from the full orchestra of Southback Sinfonia.
